  • Anthony is a senior executive with a wealth of experience, having established a strong track record within several prominent, private equity-backed software businesses. He is passionate about people, firmly believing that genuine success begins with individuals. Anthony is an advocate for building teams comprised of diverse skills and complementary qualities, united by a shared drive to succeed.

    Throughout his career, Anthony has led and supported teams that have delivered substantial growth for shareholders. His leadership approach is founded on empowerment, maintaining a strategic overview whilst fostering an environment where people are encouraged to excel. He describes his philosophy as “making the boat go faster,” which involves aligning talent, culture, and ambition to drive accelerated business results. “You don’t build a business, you build people, then people build the business” is a guiding principle for Anthony. He places emphasis on developing individuals, ensuring that businesses are equipped with the right people, who possess the right skills and are sat in the right roles.

    Anthony’s professional journey is firmly rooted in Sales, with numerous notable achievements throughout his career. As a sales leader, he understands both the Art and Science of selling. He is a firm believer that sales is a profession that requires continuous learning and development. To be the best, sales professionals require discipline, focus and an insatiable curiosity.

    People buy from People but knowing your customer and ensuring sales teams grasp the underlying principles that drive successful outcomes is key. Over his career Anthony has put these skills to good use playing a pivotal role in securing sales contracts exceeding £2 billion in revenue .

  • Current Focus & Roles

    Anthony now prioritises giving back to the business community, collaborating only with businesses that share his ethos of building robust teams and fostering a positive culture and work environment. His aim is to unlock exponential growth while ensuring the work environment remains Fun and Enjoyable.
    He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director (NED), Board Adviser, business consultant, coach, and mentor for various businesses operating across the North-West.

    Anthony is also an active member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) and supports a number fo UK based charities.
